Information

  • All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone, and email to secure an appointment.
  • All clients will complete a medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
  • All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
  • Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions, and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
  • You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list/ social media at any time, by unsubscribing.

Appointments

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. We do not have a waiting area. Clients arriving 15 minutes late may not be seen.
  • Upon booking, we take a nominal deposit, refundable on attendance, to mitigate missed appointments.
  • If you do not attend a booked appointment and fail to advise us in advance of 48 hours, the non-refundable booking deposit will be charged.
  • Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores, or local skin infections.
  • Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy. If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2-3 weeks, no additional review is provided once the review period of 2-3 weeks has passed.
  • All new clients are required to be seen for consultation and assessment prior to any treatment. This is face to face or video.
  • Appointments only for age 18+
  • Please do not bring children to your scheduled appointment. You will be refused treatment and asked to rebook.
  • The clinic accepts cash/online transfer for appointments. All treatments to be paid in full at the end of the treatment session on the day.
  • No refunds will be given unless you provide a medical letter advising you are unable to continue ongoing treatments already booked. This is not for one off treatments already completed.
  • Upon booking, please read the disclaimer for your treatments. After care information will be sent to you via email and in paper form.

Feedback

Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email, via the clinic in person.

Complaints

Clients agree to inform us as soon as possible in the first instance of any complaint. An appointment will be made for you to be seen to investigate and resolve the issue. This will protect our clinic from unnecessary slander or allegations. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.
